I have recently moved to be a patient at this practice. I recently had the need to see a female doctor. I rang the surgery and was answered by a most polite caring compassionate receptionist (a true delight after my experience at previous surgery). She arranged for me to see a female GP the same day. I found the GP to be a very pleasant caring and truly professional doctor. She listened intently to all my concerns and she immediately put me at ease. She examined me fully and I felt as if she cared deeply that I should get some answers. She arranged for various blood tests, and ultrasound scan, and a referral for further investigations with a Consultant. Thankyou Caritas surgery. I am impressed by your treatment of patients under your care and whatever the future holds for me I know that your surgery has done every thing possible to support me. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart
